So...i need a new vid card for my machine. I'm not a huge gamer, but i'd like to be able to play MOHAA or something with good graphics settings every once in a while.
My current setup:
Celeron 3.2ghz p4vmm2 mobo with onboard lan, sound, video 512 ram (2x256) 80gig hdd
I'm running a 15" lcd monitor. Nothing fancy.
Not lookin to spend much $...here's what i've narrowed it down to based on price
ATi Radeon 9200 128MB AGP Video Card w/TV $34.99 Nvidia NV34 FX5200 128MB AGP Video Card w/TV Out (used) $42.50 GeForce FX 5200 256MB DDR AGP Video Card w/TV-Out $51.50
Which would you guys suggest? Anyone know of anything better for about $50?

I would look for a used 9800 or 9800SE on sale for that price, but of those, I'd get the 9200 because of price 1/4/2006 3:20:20 PM |

I've got a 9200 and it's been more than decent for everything I've done. 1/4/2006 6:12:02 PM |
