Mike Vick was given big tall physical wide receivers, and is in the West coast offense, which is designed for him to throw short passes.. and he's still at or near the bottom of the nfl in passer accuracy (there's a reason his accuracy is always < 80 on madden)

Vince Young runs pretty much THE SAME KIND OF OFFENSE - throw it short, let your big receivers get big YACs.. and he's drastically more accurate, funny throwing style and all...
