No. 13 N.C. State at No. 25 North Carolina N.C. State has won seven in a row and has risen to No. 13 in the rankings. Normally, you'd expect the Wolfpack to follow that by getting tripped up in Chapel Hill, but I think this N.C. State team is different. The Wolfpack are quietly playing some mean D (State leads the ACC in scoring defense, field goal defense and blocks, and it is second in 3-point defense). Meanwhile, the offensive balance is terrific: Four players are scoring in double figures and the team is getting assists on 69 percent of its baskets. The biggest reason to like N.C. State is its experience. The starting lineup includes three seniors, a junior and no freshmen, while Carolina starts three freshmen. Seth's Pick: N.C.
