how long does this usually take on average? cause i started mine like 5-7 minutes ago and still hasnt finished.

typically firmware binaries for routers are very small - 5-7min. is not good

yea i unplugged it and plugged it back in and apparently the firmware never changed

you're not trying to upgrade wirelessly are you? 'cause you need to do it while connected with an ethernet cable
