Hey hey hey heyI've always been a Steeler's fan. I have stuck with them through their bad years, and now I'm relishing in the glow of their present success. I can't wait until next fall to go see them play in person at Heinz Field (I've been to Steelers games before, but they were all on the road). I have my Bradshaw jersey and helmet still from when I was a toddler. I also have a Kordell Stewart jersey (worthless now, but oh well).

oh no, I'm not trying to say that ALL steelers/lakers/carolina/etc. fans are bandwagon fans, I was just pointing out that when a team is doing really well there will seem to be an overwhelming number of their fans all of a suddenI'm a cleveland browns fan, and have been since I was born, if they EVER doing anything mentionable you can bet your ass I'll be speaking up about it...but no matter how many fans they may seem to have after having success I wouldnt forget that most of them are bandwagon fans

Whomever is calling Pittsburgh 'the asshole of the nation' has never been there. It's a beautiful city. Also, Steelers fans are some of the most devout and loyal in the country. None of the Steelers fans I know are jumping on any bandwagons. We love our team through the ups - Steel Curtain, anyone? - and the downs. We haven't had too many ups since the 70's, so of course the fans are yelling a little louder and wearing their team's colors more often - we're going to the Super Bowl!!

I have noticed more steeler liscene plate holders lately. Not saying all are bandwagon but to say you have no bandwagon fans is ludicrous. Fans of Penn. teams have a higher per capita of assholes. Take the wildcard round, Steelers fans at the bar I was at Cheered when Carson Palmer was injured. Steelers fans are typical blue collar people very loyal to the point of obnoxiousness. You made the Super Bowl for the first time in 11 years playing a team that has never been, lets hope Big Ben doesn't have a Neil O'Donnell moment.

ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS "ENJOY WATCHING THE SUPERBOWL ON THE COUCH NEXT TO THE REST OF THE BROWNS TEAM" AND I'LL SHUT UP

Maybe it has to do with the fact that about half of North Carolina is origianlly from Pittsburgh.
