does that over look both runways, or does it only over look 5L/23R or can you see 5R/23L aswell.

I know 5L/23R is the long runway, but i didn't know if you could see the other one too.

it's open air, you can see parts of 2 runways as far as i know, and they have speakers with the pilots radio traffic piped in. i think it's always open.
