they have a heavy bag and a light bag that you can rent out. there is a spot outside, and i believe another inside that you can set the bag up.

they also have the speed bag frames, but no speed bag. but if you had your own everlast one you could probably use it.

Aerobics room downstairs (across from sauna/steam room) has a large bag. Check when that room is free ... usually classes in there.
