The ones I know off the top of my head:

Dallas
Pittsburgh
New England?
Jax?

The reason I ask is I'm trying to guess what team is going to take Manny Lawson in the draft. After the first 3 days of Senior Bowl practice where Manny is dominating...many of the predictions are he goes as high as #12.

off the top of my head i think Jax runs the 4-3, and I know Oakland ran it 2 seasons ago, not sure about last season. But Dallas, blitzburg, and NE all use it

Does Cleveland? they have the 12th pick and I've heard more than 1 "expert" say 12th.

You do realize Manny is dominating at DE, so why the fuck are you worried about who plays a 3-4?

you do realize that the scouts are looking at him to play outside linebacker in a 3-4 system, and he played some linebacker in college. People get moved around all the time.

He weighs 240...he probably isn't playing DE in the NFL. Just like Demarcus Ware last year was a DE that moved to OLB in a 34 system...Dallas has had great success with Ware and I think Manny will do just as well.

he's dominating at DE...against other college seniors. But his speed, instincts, and fluidity have scouts drooling over him in a 3-4 D as an OLB. I've heard 12th as well. One scout said he doesn't see him lasting til the 2nd round at all. All of this before the combines, wait til they see even more of his freakness in speed and especially vertical leap.

Yeah...the Browns play a 3/4 and I hope we get Manny or Mario (if he drops that far).

It would be huge in recruiting if we could get 2 guys in the Top 15 or so.

i'd rather manny go to the steelers at pick 32

he could bulk up and play end, or stay where he is and play OLB. haggans is doing pretty damn good, but as much as they blitz they could get a rotation goin to incorporate manny.

Yea casue it really helped UNC a few years ago when Peppers/Simms went 2/4. They are a recruiting powerhouse now.

20 pounds wont make much difference

strahan is only 260

manny is a lot like osi umenyiora

and he's doing just fine at DE

i would rather have an athlete like him going after the quarterback on every single play

that kind of speed can change a game at DE in a way it cant at LB

Good coverage.

"The most popular player I have seen yet though is Manny Lawson, who had a huge group around him at all times that included the likes of Kansas City, Cleveland, Carolina, Baltimore and San Diego. Lawson also sounded like a great kid and was very polite and well spoken. As always don't take these observations as locks that these teams are going to take the players, but they can sometimes give indications as to which positions they might be focusing on. All in all this was probably the most active practice yet and was a lot of fun to watch and observe."

What the fuck? There is no way in hell that Manny Lawson would ever play DE in a 3-4 system such as Pittsburgh's. Have you seen their ends? They are bigger than our DT's. In a 3-4, the ends have to be run-stoppers first.

He'll be a pass-rushing OLB in a 3-4. Shawne Merriman and Demarcus Ware had huge success this year at that postion, and I would expect him to have a similar impact.

I could possibly see him as a rush end in a 4-3, but he would be completely neutralized by the better LT's in the league.

sorry i worded that poorly. i meant he could bulk up and play end [somewhere else], but i'd rather see him be OLB for the steelers
