windows will not load up anymore. i tried reinstalling windows and it works for the first time, but if i restart windows, it won't load up anymore. i tried putting in a new piece of ram, and a new hard drive, but that did not fix the problem. what's the next thing i should try?

when it doesn't "load up" what does it say?

the windows logo shows up then the screen goes black and the blue screen of death shows up for a split second and the computer restarts.

Boot in safe mode and open REGEDIT and set:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl

Right click on "AutoReboot", modify and change the value to 0. Exit, reboot

Now you should be able to see what caused the error.
