Sutton always got a lot out of his players, he never had the most talent but always fielded an above average team. He also brought OSU back to respectability, happy trails, get that drinking problem fixed...

Sutton is a good guy with good intentions, but DUI doesn't sit well with any community, especially since his job is to look over and be a role model for 18-22 year old kids. Are these health problems he faces alcohol related? I mean he's in his 70's and been drinking heavily for what would seem like 50-some-odd years, that liver has taken a pounding.

Just heard his radio annoucement on SportsCenter...that's really sad.

Poor guy. He was just trying to get over his back pain, and after the pills didn't work he went for the bottle.

I feel sorry for him...here's to hoping he gets better

I am glad I am not an OSU fan - the past year has been real shitty for them. First they lose Les Miles to LSU in football, then the fb team has a really bad year, now the basketball team sucks ass and their most famous coach is done after a DUI incident (granted he would have been out soon anyway). I'd like to see the threads on their boards
