Everyone's got a different taste. I'm looking around for a new email client. I'd like something light that still allows me to attach signatures to my emails and sort. Also has to be able to have multiple email accounts attached (I have 3. Spam, personal, business).
I'm currently using Outlook 2003 and while it's nice I'd like to see what else is out there. 2/24/2006 8:36:37 AM |

Thunderbird is pretty good in my book, though I'm sure Outlook gives you about the same functionality. I've got my Gmail and NCSU email accounts set up, plus it allows unique sigs for each. Also, it has a few useful extensions. 2/24/2006 9:30:36 AM |

Thunderbird. I switched from Outlook to Thunderbird a while ago because it is so much faster. If you need the calendaring feature though, then Tbird won't satisfy you. 2/24/2006 10:58:15 PM |

I use Thunderbird as well. If you're looking for a calender, try Mozilla Sunbird. It's still in the alpha stages, but it looks like it has potential. You may also want to take a look at Mozilla SeaMonkey. 2/24/2006 11:27:17 PM |

On the rare occasions I want a graphical interface at home, I use Thunderbird.
Most of the time I ssh in and run pine. 2/25/2006 11:51:48 AM |

I use Thunderbird for work mail - and iMail for personal mail (yes I know I could have one do all)
I've used Thunderbird on a mac and a PC and like it better than outlook in both cases. 2/25/2006 1:51:26 PM |

Another vote for Thunderbird, on top of it being fast, I really like its search function. 2/25/2006 7:50:42 PM |
