I got an oil change and general checkup at Precision Tune in Cary this afternoon. When I got back I noticed 4 or 5 new scratches above my driver's side fender beside the hood. Is there a way to make them pay to buff it out or something? One of them looks like a tiny screw driver nick. Assholes!! 2/24/2006 2:16:06 PM |

Probably a dude's belt buckle while he was leaning over the fender.
Posting on TWW is not a good first step. Driving back there and talking to the manager is. 2/24/2006 2:20:04 PM |

shit happens, i keep a little bit of 3m perfect-it in my toolbox, every once in a while you scratch or nick the paint by accident, but most people are decent enough to buff it out so the customer doesnt notice, it takes all of 10 seconds with that stuff. worst i ever did was lose my grip pulling a radiator out of a buick cause it was covered in coolant, and drop it down the front of the bumper, left about 100 scratches all the way down, that took a while to fix. 2/27/2006 12:28:05 PM |
