We learned how to rebound. Against UNC we didnt move to the ball, tonight we did. BC is a great rebounding team and we hung with them. Besides, we have been cold against UNC the last two games. If we get hot from the bonussphere, we would kill them.

We can't match up with UNC. Their athletes run circles around our slow players. We are terrified of them.

Have you seen the standings & the schedule?

BC should easily win it's last 2 & UNC should finish 2-1 & we should beat WF. That makes a 3 way tie for 2nd. Common record is then used. BC is 2-1, UNC 2-1, & we are 1-3 against the other 2. That makes us 4th & since BC beat UNC in their 1 meeting, BC is 2nd.

Duke is getting weaker. JJ Redick is tiring out, and Simmons actually has a small advantage against Shelden Williams. The rest of Duke's team is pretty average... I'd say against DUke on a neutral court we have a ~35-40% chance of winning...

Its more like 15% against UNC

yeah, our slow, unathletic players that cant jump definately match up better with JJ, Paulus, and Macaroni

UNC is just too athletic. I mean, they actually JUMP for rebounds. Id give us 2% chance against them.

I would much rather face Duke than UNC this year. We dont matchup well with UNC at all and roy's system is perfectly suited to answer anything Herb's system can do. We played Duke tough at Cameron but only because Ced dominated. I dont see Herb giving Ced that many looks cuz he hasnt done so since that game. But we still have a better chance against Duke than against UNC. Ideally, i'd like to be matched up with BC but that would take a little help.

aside from the arguments made for the benefits of playing duke over unc, you also have to consider the advantages of beating both. while beating UNC would feel great to our fan base, it wouldn't be a huge win for our ncaa seeding. if we SOMEHOW MANAGE to pull out a miraculous win over Duke, you'd see a definite impact on where we were seeded. therefore, i think we should take the Duke risk head on, a two seed had a bigger chance of hurting us with that unc matchup potentially looming.

but go uva, vt, all the teams that play bc and unc, just for revenge's sake
