I posted nothing directed towards him at all nor was it even in the Lounge, but in Chit Chat.
I don't care if by the time either of you read this thread, I am not suspended anymore.... ( i.e. this was a 24/hour suspension). This is not the point of my complaint.

Jackleg also suspended my friend's username supercracker for spite. My friend doesn't care that I borrowed his username after my other names were suspended abruptly. I only knew his password b/c he left it saved on my computer. He knows I wouldn't do anything with it & trusts me.
He'll get a laugh out of being suspended from this stupidity too. Feel free to ask him such.......

BUT THE FACT REMAINS: You can let Travis run this board all you wish, Crazy J, but the moment you ALLOW him moderator powers explicitly approved by you, it makes YOU 100% responsible for the harassment, abuse & disregard Travis continuously demonstrates all over your message board.

People can simply quit the site if incidents like this become too annoying for them to bother with but you've publicly allowed him to break many of your guidelines once you permitted him to be a Moderator. This is completely different than allowing him, as a user, to get away with violating the guidelines you list for this board.

Let him do what he pleases as a user on this site - this way, you atleast are not liable.
