write a letter to the appropriate body including evidence and so forth, requesting an investigation.

proper form is to cc the ceo and include your resignation.

I don't work there anymore... and it's privately owned, not a corporation... which is why it seems spiteful. But I know for a fact that they intertwine their personal stuff and claim it for buisness, they don't do proper paper work and a slew of other things... and they pay people off to keep their mouths shut.

shit, every company has this and most of it isn't illegal.

i seriously wouldn't say shit and just move on. you're already gone. it could seriously hurt your chances of working in your field again if you don't have absolute concrete evidence of them breaking a lot of laws.

welcome to the world of small business Seriously though, most small to medium, privately owned businesses break the law, and honestly, family farms are the worst about it. its so easy to do, and when Uncle Sam tends to rob you blind, a few bucks (or hundred) here and there really isn't that big of deal in the scheme of things.

Shut your hole is what I suggest.

America is the land of exploitation and finding loopholes in which to take advantage of. Let it go. You will be found out, and you don't want your name associated with that.

Plus, it's just money...the government wastes too much of it anyway, so just let the company thrive.

-TWW is not the place to be asking such questions. Try a few Google searches.

-A private company will most likely be an absolute pain to go after. I would do some research and figure out reports what they ARE required to file ... and see if those filings match up with what you think they should be.

-You had REALLY REALLY know your accounting/financial/business laws, rules, regulations, etc. etc. and REALLY REALLY know you are correct before you go any further with this. If what the company is doing is legit, or if they can prove its legit, and you try to call them out on it, they will come back at you with everything they have.
