Makes no sense to wait for thursday to make a game thread, since people will want to discuss the game .

We beat FSU handily and usually do. Wake usually plays us tough. In fact I think they have won like 6 out of the last 9 against us. But who knows? Which FSU team will show up?

I have no clue why we rock FSU. Their athletic forwards, guards, and inside game should be our kryptonite. FSU must be one of the few teams about which herb knows something.

I'd be very surprised if a starving FSU team loses to Wake, though if FSU pounds the shit out of WFU we might be a little scared of them come Friday.

If FSU presses the whole time like they did in the second half last game... yikes

there was a little bit on the abc local news about state doing a warmup in greensboro for the friday game. there was a little glimpse of bennerman. he was wearing a long-sleeved shirt with a jersey on top of it. not sure if this means that he's still not practicing with the team. i sure hope he's good enough to play on friday. we'll need him.

its time for the pack to go on the offensive and roll through the tournament with confidence

when it comes down to it we just need to step the fuck up and play ball like we are capable of.. if we do this we will play dramatically better than we have in the past 3 games

i think some of the main keys for the tournament should be..
1. Utilize simmons / brackman...we need more points in the paint it will free up things in our offense if we can come out early pounding away inside
2. Rebounds...we need to get more aggresive on the boards especially limit the second/third chance offensive opportunties for the other teams this it what has really killed us the past few games
3. No scoring droughts...if we haven't scored in 4 minutes its time to change up the fucking offense..possibly drive or pass inside instead of popping the 3 over and over again when the shot clock is at 1 or 2 seconds
