Anyone on here currently programming websites for mobile devices.

Where are some good places to get started, and what tools do you find most useful in doing this.

I am considering a few things, but I need to know the best way to test my product out without actually purchasing a mobile device to test on.

Any ideas?

some mobile devices have IDEs that will let you run your code in a simulated environment (i use one for the blackberry code i do).
