Who gives a shit that NC State was ranked all season? Not the selection committee.

They factor in stuff like how a team performed down the stretch, and clearly UNCW looked better over its last 10 games.

besides... who wants to play duke in the second round anyhow... we probably deserved better than a 10, but id rather be a 10 seed than a 8 or 9... hell... to be honest id rather be an 11

If we get by cal, I think we could surprise texas... but all this assumes that we start playing worth a damn and hit shots like we used to. These guys are strong enough to turn things around, but its hard to bet on them and say that they will do so.

dont get your hopes up, remember who our AD is. And only the last 3 weeks or so of the season were bad, they won't base anything off of that.

I htink herb would have to have multiple seasons in a row below .500 in order to get canned

I really enjoyed their great conference tourney win over Hofstra. I mean come on. They are what 27-5 but who have they beat outside of Hofstra who isnt in the NCAA?

yeah well George Washington went 26-2 and their an 8th seed

Boston College finished better than UNC and swept UNC 2-0 and UNC gets a higher seed

oh yeah, and the ACC got four teams in while the Missouri Valley Conference has 3 at large bids

the committee sure is great

UNC finished 1 game higher than BC and BC beat them twice, once on a neutral court and once in Chapel Hill, and they finished with a better overall record and made it to the tourney finals

UNC is higher in the RPI, because they played a tougher OOC schedule. BC didn't play shit outside of the conference.
