Posting some pics of the place, info like whether or not its on the wolfline, and other things to sell the place might be a good idea to spur interest.

If you don't know where College Inn is, you might have been deliberately closing your eyes as you drive past Western Blvd or Avent Ferry.

Yeah, so is anyone interested? It should be good times, close to campus, and yeah, you either had to of closed your eyes or have to be blind in order not to see it while driving down Western.

The place is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. It's pretty spacious. It also has a washer and dryer. And utilities are added into the bill. The apartment complex also has a lounge, a pool, and a gym, oh yeah, and tanning beds if you want to get that extra crispy look.
