Except the DVD part doesn't work. Probably could be an easy fix, I never tried to fix it. I bought it for the VCR functionality, which works fine. It has multiple A/V inputs. No remote. Sylvania DVC850C

It probably is. The disc tray wasn't working at all when I got it, but I managed to repair so that it would eject halfway. I don't believe it can read discs though. Let me find out when I get off work.
