It's in a complex off of Lineberry Rd. It's really nice, but the townhouses are individually owned, and there aren't a lot of college kids here. So it's hard to find a place to rent.
We would prefer to have a girl move in, but exceptions could be made if the guy is really chill.

I believe the lease is up at the beginning of August. You may not have to move out until mid-August, depending on when the other roommate gets back from her internship. I'll let you know soon!

They are very sweet! One is a Textile Junior at state, the other is graduated and working full time. The temperature of the house is very nice, not burning up but not freezing, either. Plus, there are fans in every room and windows if your taste is drastically different.
They are very neat. They do not party at the house, but they do go out to party quite a bit. They cook in the kitchen quite a bit, at least 4 days a week. It's a great (and clean) kitchen!
