Actually that was just my opinion, sorry. They were the dark horse and played extremely well. Went undefeated, well beyond expectations. They beat Japan twice, but the third game was semi's so...oh well. Sheesh, I'll have to pick my words more carefully then.
DEF. deserve: to be worthy of; merit.
So there. I believe Korea was worthy of the Finals, but they didn't earn it.
