okay, so i'm finishing up my 4th year here at state (i have about a year left with all these minors)...i have two brothers, one of which is attending state in the fall and the other who is planning on attending in the spring (and i don't think he'll have any trouble getting in)
my question: does NCSU offer any tuition discounts for families who have multiple children here at state? 3/29/2006 4:32:29 PM |

Yeah, and those other schools are usually private schools. 3/29/2006 4:57:28 PM |

I had a twin brother who came to state at the same time I did...probably part of the reasons my 'rents gave up on helping with the expected family contribution. 3/29/2006 5:08:34 PM |

it only helps with financial aid. I, my sister, and my brother are all in college but we all have mostly grants whereas my first year here it was all loans until my sister got into school. Did you apply for fafsa? Deadline I think is this friday or close to it. 3/29/2006 7:49:54 PM |

haha FAFSA and NCSU's institutional aid app were due to NCSU march 1st. You can still do both...
Anything coming after that doesn't get "priority consideration", which experience has shown me pretty much means that you'll get more in the way of loans and less in grants than you would have otherwise.
