It still does not explain the medical examiners report, or the teams silence over the whole thing. If they had nothing to hide someone would have gotten pissed off at the news coverage and jabbed back.

Alot of what's happening here is because of racial tensions.

If they (Duke LaCrosse) are guilty they should serve the appropriate sentence, and I think that if the strippers made all of this up to get some cash, then they should have to serve the same amount of time in prison that they were willing to set someone up to serve, but they won't.

And Duke should fire that professor whether the team is guilty or not. You would think that a professor at a university of Duke's caliber would be intelligent enough to wait until all the facts are out and a judge has ruled before screaming for the team to be disbanded and the coaches to be fired.

i thought they both made good points. i think the other guys frustration was rooted in the 2 weeks of what he appeared to be silence or covering up the incident. the provost was correct too in his opinion.

i think there are deeper rooted issues here though. personally, i refuse to make judgement until getting a timeline of the incidents and seeing more evidence of the alleged crime.
