4 bedroom/4 bath, big living room/dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, porch/deck, outside storage, pool, weight room, taning bed, club house/party room

Here's the deal, I'm lookin to move into a house in August. However, two of the bedrooms leases dont end till Aug' 07 and the other two end Aug '06. So all I really need to do is sublease two bedrooms, but if you have more people you want to live with you can sign new leases for the other two(or just one).

Two of the bedrooms are locked in @ $270/mnth until Aug '07 and the other two will prolly be around $330/mnth depending on when you sign the lease. Rent includes water and high speed internet.

If you're thinkin of movin to University Village or know someone who is it would be better if you took over our apt rather then sign a new lease with the leasing office since the going rate per bedroom is $300+ right now and will only be going up.

It's the old Melrose Apartments. Its just off of Trailwood, near Tryon. Google 1931 Melrose Valley Circle Raleigh NC 27604

the place is not furnished. I coud include a couch and loveseat if I decide to buy new furniture. It does however include washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances.
