I think this guy should be fired and sent to prison and all. But 20 felonies? Florida is pretty serious about the internet.

I quess it doesn't help when he told what he thought was a 14 year old girl his complete job title along with all the other things he told her. That's kinda fucked up, considering he's THE DEPUTY OF HOMELAND SECURITY.
