ton of bitches, pool is filled with a ton of bitches, more secluded than say an apartment on avent ferry, lots of state studens

cons
expensive as hell(luckily since this bitch signed a lease she cant fufill you will get the utilities free), kinda far from campus but they have a shuttle(which is gay, who wants to ride some gay ass little bus)

if you need a place to stay over the summer and you are looking to spend no more than 400 and be near the parties and shit, live there

wow....first i'd like to thank you mr shortnslim for calling me a bitch...very classy. second of all, it's a great community for summer living, and obviously it is cheaper to live somewhere else with no pool, tanning, workout, etc. and the bus is helpful especially with gas prices. so if you don't mind, stop being mean and posting rude comments on peoples threads...ones that don't concern you. giving honest feedback is appreciated, but you lack of tact and ignorant comments are not.

This is a decent deal (especially with utilities included). If I wasn't graduating, I'd consider it. I stayed at a place with a pool last summer, and it was really nice to cool off after a workout. Of course, there are cheaper places in sketchy locations, but atmosphere is not to be underrated.
