Me and my best friend need another roommate by the end of this week. We have this sweet ass house on Brooks Ave. 8 blocks from campus. It's $950, has 1.5 bths and basically 4 rooms but we're making it 3. There are 3 porches, a porch swing, and a big back yard. We will have a small dog and a nice cat. There is also a basement with rooms and washer and dryer. This house is an awesome deal...now we just need one more person to live in it! pm me for more info or reply on this thread. why aren't y'all using the "4th bedroom" as a bedroom? that'd save a good bit of money. you're talking a difference of $315 and $237 a month, which i'm sure y'all are aware of. also, what are the utilities like every month? where are the bathrooms situated? is one in a master bedroom, or are they both in the public domain? finally, is the backyard fenced in and would y'all be opposed to the addition of another dog?

we actually only need a summer roommate now

they're both shared bathrooms 1 by the main 3 bedrooms. and a half bath off the kitchen. we don't want that many roommates thats why we're not using the extra room, plus the landlord states it as a 3 bedroom so i don't think they want any more people living there. we don't live there yet, so not sure the exact price of utilities. the backyard is not fenced, but i will be purchasing a fenced pen for my dog. another dog might be ok, depending on the size of the dog and whether the landlord would be ok with it. my dog is under 5 pounds and fearless, so im worried about a big dog not being able to handle him and possibly attack.
