I am a female looking to sublet a room for the summer beginning before March 9 and until July 31st/August. Looking for somewhere with total cost under $400 close to campus. Cats ok is preferred, but other really good deals may be an option. The closer to campus, the better.

here's the deal... I am a guy, so that might be the deciding factor, but I have a 2 bedroom place, and I currently am using the other room as a pet room. This summer I am planning on working all day, and taking classes at night, so I will rarely be around. Would you be interested in renting one of the rooms this summer? I currently have 2 cats and a dog, and all of the animals get along great.

I'm a grad student, but i do like to have friends over, and i am pretty laid back about stuff. my place is currently messy, but I can clean it up and keep it clean if I have to

Gorman crossings... (near the intesection of Gorman and Avent Ferry... the specific apartment is right at the corner of Kings Ct and Gorman) there is a wolfline stop right by my apartment... i can literally yell to people at it and carry on a conversation.

rent... let's see... I have 2 bedrooms... one of them has an attached half bath. i could give you that one and move my stuff into the other bedroom, and then it would be maybe 300ish plus half of the electric bill? (and that depends on how much air you would use... i generally keep fans going as much as possible to keep the electric bill cheap.) I'm just pulling these numbers off the top of my head right now without having gone to bed yet

335/mo U Woods 3BR apt, w/d dryer in apt. 335 includes everything. Digital cable and wireless internet. Place will be furnished except the bedroom you would be renting. 2 other females in the apt, one will not be living there during the summer and one is home at night and easy to get along with!
