I cant for the life of me remember how to remove certain page numbers from MSWord. My friend's professor wants a paper submitted by email but says he will take off if the page numbers are on the title page or the table of contents. Can someone please remind me how to do this? Thanks. 4/15/2006 6:41:48 PM |

i can put money on it that at least 80% of your class won't know how to do this either
word has an option to exclude the first page by default, but if you have a title and table of contents, you should look into section breaks - it's in the same place as inserting a page break, but it's on the bottom half of that pop-up where nobody looks
then in the header/footer menu, you can choose to have different footers by section (just unclick the option that's clicked by default to have the footer be the same as previous section) 4/15/2006 6:49:16 PM |
