Sorry, I never saw that you replied to me in the last topic..... I didn't pay for the hole (the size of a dime caused by the doorknob) in the kitchen, we fixed it ourselves, the carpet was dirty and stained when we moved in and I didn't pay for the window to be fixed b/c your daughter broke it when she lived in the room. There wasn't even a way for you to do much of an inspection since you let the next girl move in before my lease was up / before I was finished moving out. You didn't give me my deposit back for 4 months and then took $35 out for the "Canceled check fee." It's not my fault your mail got lost when you sent it from New Zealand.



Maggie asks why I'm doing this... because there are too many good apartments in Raleigh for anyone else to get taken advantage of the way you did me and other people who have lived in the apartment before. I like to lookout for others when I can.
