I have a nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse off of Lineberry Dr and i'm looking for a housemate for the summer or however long you want to stay. Everything except the bedroom is furnished... house has harwood floors, fireplace, large living area, and large bedrooms as well as bathrooms. Rent per person is $425 + 1/2 utilities, which include cable, roadrunner, electricity, gas, and water. I'm a very laid back, somewhat clean type of person and i'm very easy to get along with. it depends on the animal...small pets like cats and small dogs are ok... the back yard isn't very big so i dont know about a really big dog. But definatly no birds.
