I have a one bedroom, 750 sq ft apartment at Sylvan Park (at the end of Marcom Street, off Gorman) that will be available for sublease this summer if anyone is interested. Our lease runs through October 21, 2006 and you would have the option to renew the lease if you want (there are several lease periods so you wouldn't have to commit to a full year). The monthly rent is $475.

The apartment is in good shape without any bug problems or neighbor problems. We just want to move because the two of us have too much stuff and need a bigger place and moving this summer would be more convenient for us.

Utilities aren't included in the $475, aside from water and waste. You have to take care of the electric and cable/internet. The electric bill has has been about $60/month so far.

I lived there a few years ago... be sure you change your air filter on the A/C. they never did and I saved tons on my power bill once I started taking care of it myself.

^^ We just had ours changed today because we didn't think that the ac was working as well as it should. The maintenance has gotten a lot better since I lived here last year and it took just a few hours for them to send someone over and less than 24 hours for everything to get fixed (we were having a fridge problem too).
