I have a friend that works for the NFL and she sent me a free copy of Madden 06 for xbox 360 and I was wondering if best buy would give me store credit if I took it there and returned it with no receipt. I know Wal-Mart will but I'd rather have the credit at best buy.

Nope they won't take any media without a receipt, or anything for that matter, regardless if its wrapped or not.

If its still in the wrapper yes...but you can't ahve returned something earlier in the year without a reciept.

i don't want to sound like an ass but I know I can get 60 from walmart or bestbuy, so if someone wants to give me 50 for it they'd be saving them $10

It hasn't been opened and is still in the plastic wrapping

I always use the it was a gift tactic. Circuit City might take it back, they're usually pretty awesome about that kind of stuff.
