Yo I know a lot of people need to sublease this summer... and I am definetly one of them. I live in a two bedroom, one bath apartment at the intersection of Clark Ave. and Chamberlain St. It is one block away from Hillsborough and one block from Cameron Village. Quick and easy walk to East Campus and Library.
I'm interning in NY this summer, and I'll be leaving my furniture here so you won't need to worry about that (full bed, desk, bookcase, dresser... there's a good closet). The building is small, older, and not noisy. Hardwood floors, real sideboards and molding and such, very quality and charming. I have a roomate and she's awesome, but she'll be away in Peru for a month so you'll have the place to yourself for a while.
Rent will be $312.50 plus electric and internet/cable. As an incentive, we could negotiate me subsidizing some of the rent or bills. There is off-street parking and bike racks.
Mid-May til mid-August... Girls only please; no pets (per realtor specifications).
Awesome place, you won't be disappointed!!

They would be better picking any one of them except you.
