case not included, but ill give you a solid guitar stand and a few picks with it. feel free to come play it if you're not sure and want to check it out. this is a great intermediate guitar, and was by far the best bang for the buck when i bought it (sounded on par with the $1000+ acoustics i tried).

you might want to rethink your asking price...take it to a pawn or vintage instrument shop and you wont get shit, also try craigslist....i sold a takamine on there and got more than i should have
