Sealy Posturepedic, firm mattress with box spring and frame. It's been in my non-smoking home, and currently it's in the guest room. We upgraded to a King a couple of years ago.

Buyer must be able to pick it up from my house near the airport (in Brier Creek).

It is a standard, not a pillowtop. So, it just needs normal queen size sheets. The make is Sealy Posturepedic, and the model is "Premier Carlyle."

Both the mattress and boxspring are in good shape. We bought it new.
