I have a room for rent for 110 a week. (includes all utils) We have a hot tub, digital cable, a pretty nice patio, and its right near kaplan and gorman so the location is great. The room is huge and has a ceiling fan. (11.5 X 20)

We do entertain quite a bit and are not the best housekeepers. (dishes, vacuming rarely) There is no time commitment you can just pay your rent weekly or on whatever schedule works best for you (and move out whenever you get the urge). You dont have to work about fluctuating utillities. If you dont mind living with two guys and a little bit of a mess and noise this could work out. My roomate works construction (out the door at 6am) so its usually not too loud on weeknights.

Looking for a Male or Female roomate to share a 3 br 2 bath town house. Its got a deck in the back and porch in the front. My bedroom and bathroom are downstairs so you basically have your own place upstairs. The room is ready for immediate move in so come on by if you want to take a look.
