My roomate and I have an extra room at "The Links Apartments". Its not huge but the apartments are very nice and easy, quick access to tryon, 70, and NCSU. Rent is 300 + 1/3 bills which averages at less than 100 each. Our lease runs up in September, but we will most likely resign so dont worry about having to move again soon. I am at home alot but my roomate is rarely here. We are both very respectful of others peoples privacy and belongings. So we would like someone that is the same. We are pretty clean, not perfect but its never trashed in our apartment. So people that dont know how to clean need not apply. We will have groups of friends over sometimes but never any big ass parties so dont count on that. We are looking for someone mature, responsible, and respectful. Its a great place to live.
