Samsung brand. Came from my laptop. Someone was getting a RAM upgrade today in the library and didn't want their old memory so I took it (free upgrade from 128MB to 512MB -- I'm not complaining). In the spirit of free RAM day you can have my old RAM for free if you come and get it.

Great for upgrading an old laptop that isn't worth much.

This same RAM can be had for about $10 on eBay.
