Someone needed to fill my spot in a 4BR townhome off Buck Jones road.
Well kept place, great roommates (two sisters). Girls or guys welcome. This is a really nice, quiet neighborhood where I never have trouble getting to sleep or thinking  My room is a good size, I've got my desk, nightstand, queen sized bed, guitars and chest of drawers in here with room to spare. Rent is somewhat dependent on utilities (which are in the name of the father of the two sisters, so you don't have to worry about putting anything in your name), but it's been $350/mo for everything since I moved in. 8-10 minute drive to campus.
You are of course welcome to stay for the Spring semester as well. Also, there is an additional room available in the townhome (a 4th room), so if you have a friend that you want to live with, feel free to bring them with you.
No pets, no druggies. If you want respectful, clean roommates, this is a great place to live.
