My roomates are moving home to NY mid may and our lease runs through July. We live in a 4 bdrm place with 2 huges bdrms, 1 mid, 1 small. 3 Bathrooms (one private for master bed). Brand new Dishawasher,fenced in back area, fireplace, etc... It's a nice place with a landscaping crew and cool ass neighbors. Every other unit in the development runs about 1100. Our landlord is good shit and lives in greensboro only charges us 850. lookin for someone to take over for may,june and can extend lease till whenever. PLEASE HELP US OUT!!! Will throw in some furniture or extra shit if anyone takes it.
