I live in a 5 bedroom house 1 mile from campus on Beaver Dam Rd. My room is downstairs and shares a bathroom with one other room. That roommate wont be here this summer so you would have the whole downstairs to yourself. asking 300 month plus utilities, cable is included in rent. Room will be furnished since i will be coming back in august. Two of my roomates will be here this summer and are easy going guys. Two other rooms are available upstairs, havent talked with them to see what theyre willing to rent out for. The house is extremely clean considering 5 guys in college live here. Available around the 2nd week in may til first week in august.

two of my friends and i are looking for a place, but permanently (as in longer than just the summer, at least a year). two of us are looking to move immediately (beginning of may), the other looking to move in in august. if you think we could work something out, let me know ASAP. room size? how many bathrooms? parking situation? what's the property and area like? can you give some more information about the house?

unless this is a crazy awesome/big house (correct me if i'm wrong but Beaver damn is not within walking distance or on the wolfline) .... $300 a bedroom?
I'm renting 1/3 of a 3 bedroom apartment for that, and have gotten 1/2 of a two bedroom that cheaply.

well im actually paying $380 a month but i know nobody wants to pay that much...i might go lower just so im not paying for an empty room this summer... it is a pretty nice house in a residential area... oh yeah a house is a lot different than living in an apartment.. the wolfline doesnt go anywhere behind hillsborough anyways... close enough to campus to ride a bike or a 15 minute walk
