I didnt make it to alexander's class today.... Did he say anything about exam coverage...... is Notes Set 18 on the exam even though we had no homework problems for it?

The good thing about Alexander is he asks the same questions on the final as he did with the previous tests so I suggest writing down the questions and solutions from your past tests and you'll do fine.
