My "in-laws" own our condo that we are staying in right now in Avery Close. We bought it last year thinking we were going to stay in it for several years so we did a TON of work on it. A great deal on a house has come our way so we are renting this place out. This is 2510-205 Avent Ferry Road in Avery Close. We are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. Two parking spots come with the rent.

Among the renovation is:
- ALL new appliances (vertical washer/dryer, flat-top oven, refrigerator, microwave)
- newly painted throughout the condo
- new flooring in the kitchen, dining room and entry way
- new shower heads
- new window blinds

We are looking for someone clean and responsible to rent it to. The cost is $600/month which is cheaper than what people who aren't private owners pay. The H.O. Association cost is included in this cost. Extra costs would be TWC, Satellite, Electricity, water, etc.. (whatever else)

For those who have never seen Avery Close upper condos, on the bottom floor is the kitchen, dining room a large "family room," washer/dryer and a half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Okay.. so I'm a very credible person and this might ruin my reputation. My "in-laws" just called and read this ad and said that this place isn't for rent for $600, but instead, $650. I hope this doesn't piss people off, but it IS still cheaper than other people in Avery Close and at ncsuliving.com it is the cheapest I see.


So, CORRECTION... IT IS $650/MONTH.

Avery Close WILL allow pets. It is a pain in the ass for the owner and there are fees involved that must be paid by the tennant however the do allow both dogs and cats there. I know both a renter with a dog there and also a landlord/owner who allows small dogs and cats but no large breeds. You should check with you family and have them check on this. I actually need a place right now and if you could check on these things i would take the place tomorrow. I have cash for firsts month, sec. dep., and pet deposit in hand. Let me know!
