Have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse, available the last day of exams (May 9th) or so... until the end of june. May rent is paid for, 325 + utilities. Utilities have been around 40 a month. There is a female roommate.

The place is quiet, just off Avent Ferry and a short walk to Centennial, wolfline and cat bus stops less than 200 ft away. The only furnishing in the room is a single bed, but the place is full of furniture. large closet with a shelf so I just hang all my stuff. washer/dyer in house, full kitchen... don't know what else to say really... feel free to ask questions
