had an error "reseat memory"

tried both RAM chips and Dell guy decided they were defective ans sent me new ones. what are the odds they will work? Is this a common problem (had the comp < 1month)

It sounds like that RAM either came loose or just broke. The new RAM ahould work just fine. YMMV

new ram didn't work

sending someone to replace the motherboard
