just sell it back to transportation, they will give you a pro-rated refund.

(besides, it's a bad idea to transfer your permit because any tickets that the new owner gets will be linked to you, not to mention that it's prohibited to resell your permit.)

more like $50, but it depends on the pass. The permit is good for a year so whatever percentage of the year is left when returned is what percentage of the original price you get back, it's not that complicated.

Hey, try calling transportation ask them how much they will give you. I was in a similar situation, with UNCG and they gave me the exact amount per time left on it. I think the refund even included some cents!

You might get more from transportation than from here…..
