let me reiterate a point that isn't made often enough - 802.11g is POINTLESS UNLESS you are doing a lot of network file sharing/swapping/whatever...your cable modem is capped at a maximum of 2mbps, and so whether your wireless router/AP goes 11mbps or 54mbps, it makes no difference when getting online

that said, i have a linksys 802.11b wireless router that you're more than welcome to buy

I've got one, brand new, just bought it at Wal-Mart. Comes with a 2.4Ghz wireless PCMCIA card also. Make me an offer.

I have a linksys 802.11b with 19 decibal antennae (estimated effective range LOS=100+yds, it cuts through approximately 12 brick walls in the dorms, and thats in a 2.4Ghz laden market - it'll cover a solid acre indoors somewhere with no other routers). Brand new, still in the box, never used. I picked up a wireless G with a 17 decibal magnetic antenna I snap onto those wonderful A/C units in the dorm.
