ok, i bought this phone about a week ago. when i found out that it played music ringtones (from cingular), i was psyched. i took it home, downloaded a ringtone, and listened...it was terrible with distortion, to the point that when i showed this feature off to my friends, they could not understand what i was trying to show them. to make sure it wasnt just bad ringtone quality, i downloaded a few more tones. before i knew it, i was $7.50 out the door with a useless phone. the cheap speaker also makes calls hard to understand, even though reception is good. i plan to return this phone for an LG A7110, which is the next more expensive cingular phone at the moment.
on the plus side, the camera is nice, and the battery life is good, but if you buy in plans to show off your cool ringtones, DO NOT BUY.
